Activate the right Touchpix event from its QR code
Use the in-app scanner and confirm the booth has the intended event loaded.
Touchpix event QR codes activate settings inside the Touchpix app; a phone camera or general QR reader does not perform activation. Check the event identity before scanning so the wrong gallery is not put on the device.
Retrieve the event code
In the account’s Events area, find the event and open its QR code. Compare the event name and date with the run sheet. Use a clear screen or printed code if the phone camera cannot read a dense screen image.

Scan inside Touchpix
Exit any currently active event to return to the Touchpix landing screen. Choose Scan Event QR Code in the app, scan or load the saved QR image, and select Activate. The app needs a stable internet connection to download the event settings.

Verify before opening
Confirm the correct event name and test its capture and gallery path. Touchpix notes events may be created in test mode; demo restrictions include a watermark and disabled sharing, uploads, and AI functions. A visible event setup is not proof that it is fully activated for live operation.
