Privacy Policy

This policy applies to flashroombooth.com. The Flashroom mobile app has its own processing details in the Juste Tools mobile-app policy linked below.

Controller and contact

JUSTE TOOLS LTD is the data controller. Company number: 16566643. Registered office: 3rd Floor, 86–90 Paul Street, London, EC2A 4NE, United Kingdom. Email office@justetools.co.uk for privacy questions or requests.

Photos stay in your browser

When you choose pictures in the web template editor, it opens and composes them in your browser's memory. The editor does not upload those pictures or your captions to our servers. It does not identify people or train an AI model on your pictures. Closing or reloading the page clears the editor's working state; files you downloaded remain wherever your browser saved them.

You do not need an account to read articles or use the web templates. The public website does not include advertising trackers, session replay, a newsletter form or social-account sign-in.

Technical requests and hosting

Loading a page sends ordinary network information to the services delivering it, including your IP address, requested URL, request time, browser information and response status. Our website is hosted on Railway. Providers can process this technical information to deliver content, operate infrastructure, prevent abuse and investigate faults.

We use Cloudflare for domain registration and DNS. The current domain configuration sends website traffic directly to Railway rather than through a Cloudflare web proxy. Fonts and the site's cinematic media are served from this website; choosing a research or App Store link takes you to an external service with its own policy.

If you contact us

If you email us, we receive your address, message and attachments you choose to send. We use them to respond, solve the issue and keep necessary correspondence. Please avoid sending photographs or other personal details that are not needed for your enquiry.

Purposes and lawful bases

We process technical information for our legitimate interests in operating a secure, reliable website and preventing misuse. We process support correspondence to answer your request and, where relevant, perform a service agreement. Information may also be retained or disclosed where a legal obligation applies. A new optional feature that needs consent will explain that choice before collecting the relevant information.

Recipients and international processing

Technical hosting providers and providers used to handle our support correspondence may process relevant information on our behalf. We may disclose information when lawfully required or to protect legal rights. We do not sell the photos selected in the web editor; they are not received by us.

Providers may process technical or support information outside your country, including outside the UK or EEA. Where data protection law requires transfer safeguards, applicable adequacy arrangements or contractual safeguards must apply. Contact us for information about the providers and safeguards relevant to your request.

How long information is kept

The web editor keeps its working pictures and captions only for the current page session; it does not create a server-side photo library. Support correspondence is kept for as long as needed to resolve the enquiry, handle related follow-up and meet legal obligations. Technical records are retained according to the hosting provider's operational and security requirements. Retention depends on those purposes rather than the lifetime of a photo you download; contact us for details about a particular record.

Your rights

Depending on applicable law and the processing involved, you may request access, correction, erasure or a portable copy, restrict processing, object to processing based on legitimate interests, and withdraw consent where consent is used. Contact office@justetools.co.uk. We may need proportionate information to verify a request. You can complain to the UK Information Commissioner's Office or the relevant authority where you live.
