Terms of Use
These terms explain how you can use flashroombooth.com and its free layout tools. The common Juste Tools terms also cover our mobile apps and services.
Who runs Flashroom
This website is operated by JUSTE TOOLS LTD, a company registered in England and Wales under number 16566643. Our registered office is 3rd Floor, 86–90 Paul Street, London, EC2A 4NE, United Kingdom. Contact office@justetools.co.uk.
Using this website
You may read our library, follow its research links and use the photo strip tools for their intended purpose. Do not interfere with the site, misuse its infrastructure, infringe another person's rights or use it for unlawful activity. You are responsible for having the right to use the photographs and captions you add.
Your photographs and downloads
You keep ownership of your photographs. The web template editor composes selected pictures in your browser; it does not upload them to our servers. A downloaded file is saved through your browser. You decide where to send, print or publish it and are responsible for the permissions that use requires.
The free blank SVG layouts and the 4,000 web layout presets may be reused and adapted for personal or commercial designs without attribution. This permission covers those layouts only. It does not grant rights to other people's photographs, our brand, the mobile app, the cinematic illustrations or documentary images with separate rights notices.
The iPhone app and purchases
The website's templates are separate from the eight booth designs in the Flashroom iPhone app. Downloading the app, subscriptions, trials, renewal, cancellation and refunds are governed by the terms displayed in the app, the common Juste Tools terms and applicable Apple rules. This website does not take subscription payments or cancel App Store subscriptions.
Articles and external links
The library provides historical research and practical editorial guidance. Approximate dates, differences between sources and creative interpretations are identified where relevant. Locations, opening hours, prices, software and product instructions can change. Check the current operator or manufacturer's information before relying on them.
Our articles do not replace professional advice, current chemical safety data sheets, conservation assessment or official identity-photo requirements. External sites have their own terms and policies. A link is a research reference, not a guarantee or endorsement.
Availability and your rights
We aim to keep the website useful and accessible, but cannot promise uninterrupted availability, an error-free download or a result suitable for every printer or device. Keep your original photographs and check exported files before sharing or printing them.
Nothing in these terms excludes or limits liability that cannot lawfully be excluded, including liability for fraud, death or personal injury caused by negligence, or rights protected by applicable consumer law. The common Juste Tools terms describe the wider app and service conditions.
Privacy and changes
Our website Privacy Policy and Cookies & Local Data page explain how this website handles information. We may update these terms when the site changes; the date on this page identifies the current version.
Law and contact
These terms are governed by the laws of England and Wales, subject to consumer rights and jurisdiction rules that apply where you live. Questions about the website, permissions or these terms can be sent to office@justetools.co.uk.
