Make & keep
Check the final file before a print batch
Use one short pass through picture, caption and dimensions.
A final review is most useful when it looks at the actual export that will be printed.
Inspect the file itself
Open the exported image separately from the editor. Check every portrait window, outer border, caption spelling and intended dimensions. Confirm the file format requested by the printer. Keep screenshots and blank layouts out of the delivery folder so they cannot be mistaken for the finished artwork.
Confirm the proof and version
Print a sample with the planned settings and measure it. Label the approved file clearly, preserve its source and attach a short order note. After approval, avoid silently replacing it with another export. A new crop or caption needs a fresh check before the batch begins.
