The preview looks different from the downloaded strip
Compare one deliberate export with the on-page composition.
A preview and a download should tell the same story, but a difference can arise from an unfinished edit, a viewer or the wrong file.
Check the latest revision
Finish the caption and photo order, then download one new copy with a recognisable filename. Open that exact file rather than the first similar name in Downloads. Compare every window and the caption before changing browser settings or exporting a large batch again.
Separate display from content
Try another ordinary viewer and inspect the outside background and image dimensions. A dark viewer surface can make transparency look different without changing the portrait pixels. If a face or caption is actually missing, record that specific difference instead of describing only a vague change in appearance.
Report a reproducible case
Repeat the problem with a replaceable sample picture if possible. Note the browser, device, layout and steps that produced it. Keep the source images safe while troubleshooting; a private face is rarely needed to show that a caption was clipped or a window stayed empty.
