Deliver a folder of photo strips clearly
Give recipients a map instead of a pile of ambiguous files.
A collection becomes easier to use when the folder explains what each file is for. Organise the handoff before compressing or uploading it.
Separate final files and proofs
Put the approved strips in one clearly named folder. Keep test exports, interface screenshots and unfinished layouts elsewhere. Use consistent names without private details that recipients do not need. A simple numbered sequence is useful when several strips belong to one event or one participant.
Include a small index
Write a short text file listing the intended print dimensions, the file format and any agreed restrictions on sharing. Explain which image is a master and which is a smaller delivery copy. If a ZIP archive is required, include only the files intended for the recipient rather than a whole project directory.
Test the handoff
Open the delivered folder on another device. Check that names remain readable, files open and no unapproved portraits are included. Do not distribute a public link merely because sending an archive is convenient. The audience decision belongs before the upload, and a clean test keeps the handoff understandable.
