A moving print and a still strip are different files
Choose an output the destination can actually display.
A moving portrait can feel lively on a phone while a paper strip requires a still image. Plan the destination before deciding which export to keep.
Name the required output
Ask whether the next step needs an ordinary image, an animation or a video. A printed page cannot preserve motion. Keep a still version for the physical keepsake and the supported moving version for a compatible screen destination. Do not assume every sharing route supports the same media type.
Test the saved result
Open each exported file separately. For motion, check playback, duration and the chosen moment. For the still strip, check portrait order, crop and caption. Feature availability in the Flashroom app depends on the app version and device; the web template editor composes an ordinary PNG from existing pictures.
Evidence: Product record
Preserve both roles
Keep related filenames and record which version was approved for each destination. If movement matters to the memory, retain the moving source rather than saving only a thumbnail. When sharing, judge the received result instead of taking a successful handoff as proof that animation was preserved.
