Handle a photobooth reprint request
Find the correct portrait before sending another copy.
A request for the photo from earlier is easier to fulfil with a clear session record.
Identify without oversharing
Use the approximate time or agreed session identifier to locate the strip. Show a private preview to the requester when possible. Do not let strangers browse every guest’s portraits to find theirs. Check that the requested file is a final export rather than a test or unfinished layout.
Confirm the new copy
Print or deliver the selected strip using the checked workflow. Explain any limit agreed with the host. Keep the original filename connected to the reprint record so another helper can understand what was supplied. A successful reprint is the correct readable photograph in the recipient’s hands, not just a printer command.
