Count print supplies from actual test output
Translate sessions into the paper your setup consumes.
A supply estimate needs the print layout and copy policy, not only the number of guests.
Observe a real session
Check how many sheets or strips the chosen printer uses for one approved delivery. Include test prints and requested extra copies in the plan. Verify the specific media compatibility and remaining supply using the printer’s instructions. Do not assume another printer’s strip-cutting behaviour applies to yours.
Prepare the refill handoff
Keep approved supplies in their intended storage and identify who can refill the printer. Schedule a check before stock becomes critically low. Agree on a digital or pause fallback with the host. A reserve is useful only when the helper knows how to use it safely and correctly.
