Plan print copies for a household group
Ask how many keepsakes are needed before printing.
A group portrait may belong to several households, even when everyone arrived together.
Separate capture from copy count
Take the portrait first, then ask which guests would like a copy if the equipment and plan allow it. Avoid forcing everyone into another session merely to produce additional prints. Keep any package limit visible and distinguish included copies from a digital delivery that guests can print later.
Check the agreed delivery
Count actual copies at the handoff and offer a checked digital file where supported. Keep the best source until the agreed delivery is complete. Do not promise a particular number of prints before checking supplies and remaining event capacity with the host.
