Announce the last photobooth sessions clearly
Close the queue without leaving guests stranded.
A clear finishing plan is kinder than a booth that suddenly shuts down while a line remains.
Count remaining capacity
Use the remaining time and observed session length to estimate how many groups you can accommodate. Tell the host before announcing a cutoff. Do not treat a theoretical maximum as a guarantee; capture retries, printing and handoff can take longer than the average you measured.
Finish the delivery too
Keep time for final print pickup or file handoff after capture stops. Direct late arrivals to the agreed alternative if one exists. Check unclaimed outputs and record unresolved requests for the host. The booth is not finished when the camera closes if guests are still waiting for their portraits.
