Write a photo booth run sheet for the evening
Put preparation, opening and closing decisions on one usable page.
A run sheet makes the booth’s role in the evening explicit. It gives the person helping guests a plan without expecting them to remember a conversation held weeks before the event.
Separate setup from guest time
Our sheet records access time, setup location, test deadline, opening window and who is responsible. Include a fresh saved test picture before opening. A working preview is not a complete test of capture, export and any printing path.
Name the handover moments
Mark who handles queue questions, file delivery, paper replacement and any pause. If responsibilities change during the evening, record the time and the person taking over. Keep contact details on a private operator sheet rather than placing them in the photographed backdrop.
Close the loop
At closing, follow the agreed plan for guest files and any shared display. Record problems without including unnecessary portraits in a public report. Flashroom can provide the capture sequence; the run sheet describes the separate real-world operation around it. Keep the last checked version where the helper can actually read it.
