A photo booth event checklist
Rehearse capture, delivery and recovery before the first guest arrives.
Treat the booth as a complete route: arrive, choose a session, pose, save or print, then leave. A camera that takes one good photograph is only the first part of the check. Rehearse with somebody who has not helped build the setup.
Before packing
Confirm the venue, access time, usable hours, power, connection needs and final deliverables. Pack the actual cables and supports tested with the device. Save a copy of the design and settings. Foto Master’s mirror-booth checklist similarly treats equipment and software preparation as a pre-event task; follow your own manufacturer’s specific requirements.

After setup
Run a session in the real lighting with the intended group size. Check focus, headroom and the edges of the backdrop. Confirm that the countdown and controls are understandable. Keep the camera position repeatable and test a seated portrait if people will use it that way.
Make the actual print or download. Open the file on another device and check whether any link or message arrives as expected.
Rehearse an ordinary failure
Try the backup capture plan and confirm where files will be stored. Know who replaces paper, helps with a failed save or restarts a session. Keep instructions available without depending on a connection that may fail. Do not promise unattended operation until the complete workflow has been tested that way.
During and after the event
Keep the queue out of the posing area and check supplies before they run out. Avoid changing working settings in the middle of a busy line unless a real problem requires it. At the end, collect final files, verify a backup and confirm the handover.
Clear guest-facing devices and remove access to any gallery according to the agreed plan. Preserve originals until delivery is verified. The event is finished when the photographs reach their intended owners, not just when the equipment is packed away.
