Explain the booth before guests arrive
Put useful expectations in the invitation without overpromising.
A short advance note can help guests decide whether they want to bring a prop, dress up or simply arrive as themselves.
Describe the actual experience
Say whether the booth produces a digital strip, a print or both. Explain any optional theme and make clear that participation is a choice. Do not advertise instant printing or a private gallery unless the setup really supports it. Keep the note short enough to sit naturally beside the event details.
Match the on-site instructions
Use the same wording on the booth sign and brief the helper. If arrangements change, update the host and sign before the session starts. A practical description is more useful than a promise of unlimited photographs that the timing, printer or delivery process cannot support.
