Measure your own setup
Run a representative batch with the same screen brightness, capture workflow and accessories. Record the starting and ending charge and the duration. Follow device and venue guidance for charging and cable placement. A battery percentage is a useful observation, not a promise of a fixed number of remaining portraits.
Prepare a safe fallback
Keep an approved charging option and an alternative pause or device plan. Route cables so guests do not trip or pull equipment. Check the setup during scheduled breaks rather than waiting for shutdown. Avoid blocking ventilation or placing charging equipment beside drinks and props.
