Audit queued LumaBooth shares before closing the event
Confirm delivery status and handle exported contact data deliberately.
Email and SMS shares can queue until internet returns. Before the operator closes the station, check the share status so the team can distinguish delivered links from pending messages and avoid promising instant delivery.
Open sharing status
In the LumaBooth settings, open Sharing Status and review pending and sent email/SMS records. If network service is unavailable, allow the queue to remain pending and keep the app connected when service returns; the help page says queued shares send once online.

Export only when needed
The same screen can export a list of shares, including guest email addresses and phone numbers. Treat that file as personal contact data: store it in an approved location, restrict access, and delete it according to the event’s retention plan. Do not export a list just to prove the booth ran.

Close with a check
After the network returns, revisit the status and confirm the pending entries changed as expected. Test one share from a guest phone during setup so that the email or SMS content and the final media link are correct.
