Review pending print and share jobs in Darkroom Booth

See which outputs completed and which remain queued before ending an event.

Darkroom Booth keeps unfinished print, email, and text jobs in a pending output queue. Check that queue when a guest says a print or message did not arrive; it separates an incomplete job from an image-capture problem.

Open the queue

From the mail fly-out menu, select Output Queue. Review the pending queue for jobs that have not completed, then compare it with the completed queue. Use the same view during a test session so the operator knows where delivery status appears.

Match the job to the symptom

If the portrait exists but email remains pending, investigate the share path and network rather than retaking the guest’s photos. If a print job is pending, check the printer and media before resubmitting. Avoid repeatedly clicking print while an earlier job may still be processing.

Confirm completion

Wait for the job to move to completed and confirm the guest has the intended result. The queue reports application job state; it does not prove a person opened an email or collected a print. Keep a simple staff handoff for unresolved jobs rather than promising delivery based only on a capture preview.
