Handle a guest request to remove a shared booth image
Make a calm, private route for correcting or withdrawing a posted photo.
A guest may notice a shared image after the party and ask for it to be removed. Prepare a named contact, a way to identify the file and a clear handoff to the person who controls the gallery; do not promise technical or legal outcomes you cannot control.
Publish a contact
Put one email or contact route on the gallery page and event sign. State who will check it and when. Avoid asking a guest to comment publicly with a link to a photo they want removed.

Locate the copy
Ask for the image URL, frame number or a private description. Pause scheduled promotion of that image while the organiser checks the request. Record which copies and channels were reviewed so the response does not stop at one thumbnail.
Close the loop
Confirm what the organiser changed and whether other copies remain under someone else’s control. If the image is not yours to remove, say who can handle it and pass the request through the agreed channel. Keep only the minimum record needed to document the action.
