Organise print pickup without announcing who is in each photo
Give guests a private way to collect prints from a busy table.
A pickup table can expose names and portraits to people passing by. Organise copies by a neutral ticket or time slot, keep the image side turned down and assign one helper to resolve mismatches privately. Test the handoff before the event opens.
Choose a neutral marker
Give each guest a short number or token that does not identify them publicly. Keep the matching list with the helper, not on the open table. Tell guests where and when to collect without reading names aloud.
Arrange the table
Place prints in opaque envelopes or face down in a covered tray. Separate ready copies from uncollected ones and keep pickup outside the camera queue. Do not leave a searchable gallery open on a public screen.
Close the handoff
At pack-down, count unclaimed envelopes and give them to the organiser under the agreed process. Do not post or discard them automatically. Record when remaining copies will be collected, returned or securely destroyed according to the event plan.
