Offer a quieter time to use the booth
Create an option for guests who dislike the busy queue.
Some guests prefer a portrait before the crowd or music becomes intense.
Coordinate with the host
Choose a realistic quieter window and explain that it is available to anyone who prefers it. Keep the same output quality and delivery route as the main session. Do not require guests to explain a disability or personal reason in order to use the quieter option.
Test the arrangement
Check lighting and framing at that time, since the room may change later. Keep the route physically accessible and avoid rushing participants into exaggerated poses. A quieter slot is one useful choice; it does not replace accessible instructions and comfortable space during the rest of the event.
