Plan a quiet portrait table for a remembrance gathering
Offer a gentle, optional portrait moment with a private keepsake path.
A remembrance gathering may call for a different pace and tone from a party. Make the portrait optional, avoid playful props by default and let the family or organiser choose whether copies are private, displayed or not retained.
Agree the purpose
Ask the organiser whether the station is for a personal keepsake, a shared family record or simply a quiet portrait space. Do not assume a public gallery or printed guestbook is wanted. Keep the prompt neutral and allow a guest to choose no pose at all.
Set a calm station
Use a plain background, steady light and a clearly marked waiting place away from the main conversation. Give guests time to read what happens to the image. Avoid loud countdowns, sudden flash tests and signs that turn the activity into an announcement.
Confirm handling
Before opening, identify who receives the files, whether they are printed and when temporary copies are cleared. Keep a private contact for later corrections. The setup is ready when the host can explain the choices and the station can operate without drawing attention to anyone who declines.
