Digital booths
Use a filename-safe Breeze event name for booth files
Avoid characters that can prevent event-labelled filenames from being saved.
Breeze event information can contribute to generated filenames through tokens. Before running a booth, keep the event label readable while avoiding Windows filename characters that can stop files from saving.
Choose a safe label
In the event information, write a short event name using ordinary letters, numbers, spaces, hyphens, or underscores. Breeze’s DSLR Remote Pro manual warns against backslash, slash, colon, asterisk, question mark, quotation mark, vertical bar, and angle brackets when event information is used for filenames.

Preview the token output
If the print layout or save path uses the event-name token, load the intended event settings and inspect the generated path or caption before opening the booth. Keep the event name and date distinct from guest names; the label should identify the session, not the people pictured.

Test file creation
Capture one test image and confirm it saves to the expected folder with the expected name. Then reopen the event configuration to ensure the label persists. If a file fails, simplify the event name and retest rather than changing unrelated camera or printer settings.
