Test Sparkbooth QR delivery through its photo-hosting service
Verify upload, hosting, and the guest’s scan before adding QR codes to prints.
Sparkbooth creates a QR link after uploading an image to the configured hosting service. Since the upload must finish first, test the full route under the event network conditions instead of treating a QR graphic in the layout as proof that delivery works.
Configure a destination
Open Settings and choose Send to Account > QR Codes. Select a supported hosting service and configure its account or folder as documented for that provider. If using a photo album, enable Show QR in the album’s image options and select the corresponding hosting service.

Run a single capture
Take one test image while connected to the network planned for the booth. Wait for Sparkbooth to upload the file and generate its QR code. Scan it with a separate phone and confirm the link opens the correct image without requiring the operator’s signed-in account.

Check privacy and layout
Review the hosting destination’s sharing permissions before the event; a link may make an image accessible beyond the booth station. Only after scanning succeeds should you add the code to the print layout. Sparkbooth’s guide states QR sharing requires internet because the photo is uploaded before the code appears.
