Make & keep
Batch resize numbered booth photos with Photoshop Image Processor
Export a folder of JPEGs with a shared pixel limit and keep originals separate.
When a booth produces a numbered folder of captures, Photoshop’s Image Processor can make resized JPEG access copies in one run. It works directly without setting up an Action. Use a separate destination and verify a few outputs before distributing the whole batch.
Choose the input set
Put the intended source photos in one folder, then choose File → Scripts → Image Processor. Select that folder as the input. Include subfolders only when they contain images that belong in the same delivery set.

Set a distinct output
Choose a destination folder different from the source. Select Save As JPEG and set the requested quality. Turn on Resize to Fit and enter maximum width and height; the image keeps its proportions rather than being forced into those exact dimensions. Add sRGB conversion or embed the ICC profile only if the receiving workflow calls for it.

Run and verify
Select Run, then inspect the JPEG folder inside the destination. Compare filenames with the source list, open a few files, and check that dimensions fit the requested bounds and no image was cropped. Image Processor saves processed files with unique names rather than overwriting the source files.
