Make & keep
Make a photo strip place card
Give the name its own readable space.
A personalised portrait can help a guest recognise their place when the card is designed around the table setting.
Test at table height
Make a folded paper sample and place it beside the planned glassware and decorations. Keep the name facing the guest and the strip away from the fold. Use a reproduction, and confirm the preferred name spelling before printing. Do not rely on a tiny caption embedded inside a busy picture.
Check the final arrangement
View the finished card from a seated position. Make sure it stands without pressing against wet or hot items. Keep a name-free strip export for the guest to save separately. A seating label and a public keepsake can have different audiences and need different information.
