Make & keep
Design a photo strip postcard
Keep the postal layout separate from the picture.
A postcard needs usable address and message space as well as an attractive portrait.
Check the delivery requirements
Confirm the current size and address-area rules with your chosen postal service before designing the final print. Make a two-sided mock-up and keep the portrait away from required operational areas. A digital postcard image and a mailable physical postcard are different deliverables; do not assume one layout meets both needs.
Proof both sides
Check orientation, writing space and legibility on an actual print. Use a reproduction and keep private images appropriate for a card that may be visible during handling. Save the address-free artwork as a separate file so future sharing does not expose the recipient’s details.
