Proof a strip against several page backgrounds
Keep its border and caption visible in the final setting.
A strip that looks clear on white may lose its outline on a patterned page.
Make a small comparison
Place the same export on a light, dark and intended decorative background. Keep its size unchanged so the comparison isolates the surround. Inspect the outside border and smallest caption, not only the faces. Avoid making the portrait smaller just to reveal more decorative background.
Save the chosen composition
Keep the approved page version and the independent strip file. If transparency is involved, open the export in the actual destination and confirm its background behaviour. A browser preview colour is not necessarily part of the downloaded image.
