Send a photo strip as an email attachment
Give the recipient a usable file with a clear purpose.
An email handoff works better when its attachment is the approved picture and the message explains what the recipient should do with it.
Choose the delivery copy
Use the final composed image rather than a screenshot of the editor or a blank layout. Check the recipient’s format and size requirements. Keep the full master separately if you make a smaller attachment. A file that previews inline may still need to be saved before printing.
Write brief instructions
Include the intended print size or simply say that the copy is for screen viewing. Identify whether the person may share it more widely. Avoid putting private names, contact details or unrelated portraits into a filename that might later travel beyond the original email recipients.
Check the recipient list
Confirm addresses and attachments together before sending. For a batch of guests, avoid exposing everyone’s email address through an unnecessary group message. Test a sample attachment on another device and keep an accessible copy outside your sent-mail folder for future reprinting.
