Use a shared device for the booth
Remove personal distractions before handing it to guests.
An event device should present the capture workflow without exposing its owner’s unrelated material.
Prepare the guest view
Close unrelated apps and check notifications using the device’s own settings. Start the approved booth workflow and run a guest test. Avoid transferring personal accounts or credentials merely to make the event setup convenient. A dedicated or carefully prepared device is easier to hand over than one full of private conversations.
Check the end of the session
Confirm where exports were saved and that the host’s handoff is complete. Close the guest-facing workflow and restore the owner’s settings deliberately. Do not assume that clearing a screen removes all saved photographs; inspect the actual storage locations covered by the event plan.
