Check device storage before an event
Leave room for real captures and exports.
A booth can have a working camera and still run out of space while saving photographs.
Test the full saving cycle
Make several representative sessions and check where their outputs are stored. Include any exported strips and print files in the estimate. Inspect available space using the device’s own controls. Do not delete unrelated personal photos or app data just because the event needs storage; arrange capacity deliberately beforehand.
Define the collection handoff
Agree how the host receives the files and how completion will be checked. Make a test transfer and open the received copy. Keep required originals until that handoff is verified. A plan to free space during the event should specify which task-owned copies are disposable and which must remain available.
