Print on a local HALO network while digital copies wait
Separate local printing from online delivery when venue Wi-Fi is unavailable.
A local network can connect HALO to a printer even without internet, but guest digital copies may remain queued until the iPad reaches an external network. Test both paths and explain the delay to event staff.
Connect the print route
For a DNP printer using WCM Plus, follow the printer server setup and join the iPad to the intended network. Simple Booth documents using the WCM’s local hotspot for printing when venue connectivity is poor.

Test printing
In HALO’s Prints panel, select the connected printer and send a single test print. Inspect layout and crop. If the iPad is on only the WCM local network, expect digital uploads to wait in the app’s offline queue until internet access returns.

Reconcile delivery
After reconnecting to a stable external network, check the offline queue and allow pending uploads to finish. Do not assume that a successful test print also delivered an email, text, or online gallery image; confirm those separately.
