Make & keep
Keep a series of strip prints visually consistent
Use one approved proof as the reference.
Several sessions can form a coherent display even when their photographs differ.
Choose the shared elements
Set the outer print size, border treatment and caption placement. Preserve each portrait’s own aspect ratio rather than stretching it to match. Print one representative example and check readability. Include a second demanding image with dark areas or a longer caption before approving the whole series.
Record the output recipe
Keep paper, printer and settings consistent for the batch. Label any corrections made for printing as derivatives. Compare finished copies under the same light and save the approved reference. A later reprint may need another proof if the paper or output device changes.
