Why did a photo strip become blurry in a message?
Compare the sent copy with the original export.
A sharp strip can arrive as a soft preview. Determine whether the problem began in the export, the sending option or the recipient’s view.
Inspect before sending
Open the original exported file at a useful scale. Check eyes, hair and caption text. If it is already soft, return to the source pictures and composition. Sending the same file differently cannot recover detail that was missing before the message left your device.
Test the delivery route
Send a small test to a trusted recipient or another device you control. Where available, compare sending as an image with sending as a file. Destination behaviour changes, so examine the received download rather than assuming that a named high-quality option preserves every property.
Keep the best source available
Ask the recipient to save and open the received file rather than judging only a chat thumbnail. Compare dimensions and visible detail with the master. Keep the master outside the conversation; if the route produces an unsuitable copy, use a delivery method that passes your test.
