Inside the booth
Remove an unwanted reflection from the booth scene
Check mirrors and glass before the guests arrive.
A mirror or glass surface can add someone else to a portrait. Inspect the background for both composition and unintended disclosure.
Check from the camera position
Make a test using the actual selected camera and final crop. Look for reflected helpers, screens, windows and private information. A reflection outside the full preview may still become visible after a different layout or background change. Use a harmless sample before inviting participants into the scene.
Change the physical angle
Try a small change in camera, seating or backdrop position rather than promising to edit out everything later. Do not obstruct exits or cover hot equipment. If the reflective surface belongs to the venue, agree any temporary arrangement with the operator and avoid damage to it.
Review after room changes
Retest when a lamp, display or waiting area moves. Check the exported strip as well as the live preview. If a reflection is intentional, explain the composition to the people included and agree the audience before sharing. A decorative effect should not silently reveal another guest.
