Give props a return position
Keep the capture space clear between groups.
A small prop station works better when people know where used items belong.
Separate storage from capture
Choose a few manageable props and keep them away from cables and print equipment. Provide a clear return surface that guests can reach easily. Follow appropriate cleaning and venue guidance for shared items. Do not include sharp, heavy or awkward props merely because they photograph well.
Reset without rushing people
Check the station between sessions and remove damaged items. Make prop use optional and preserve a clear portrait route without them. If a prop causes repeated delays, replace it with a simpler choice rather than pressuring guests to complete a complicated pose quickly.
