The collection description

The museum dates the gelatin silver print to around 1929 and measures it at 10 × 3.8 cm. Its inventory reference is AM 2003-288 (2). PHOTOMATON is the attributed maker, while Nougé is indexed as the represented person. The acquisition field records a purchase in 2003.

Notice what the description can support

The catalogue includes closed eyes among its descriptive terms. That supports a visible-detail inquiry, not a claim about a private psychological state or a specific ritual. Keep your interpretation separate from the museum’s documented fields and retain the approximate date in any caption.
