Send one LumaBooth layout to a secondary printer

Assign a layout or paper size to the intended printer without duplicating every job.

LumaBooth can route particular layouts to a secondary printer, such as sending 2×6 strips to one device and 4×6 cards to another. The feature assigns each layout to one printer; it does not automatically make a second copy on both.

Set up the primary first

In Print Setup, confirm the primary printer is selected and working. Then configure the secondary printer using its supported method, such as AirPrint or Printer via LumaBooth Assistant. The support page says to establish the primary route before adding the second.

Assign a specific layout

Open the event’s Print Layout settings, choose the layout, and open its Printing options. Enable Print to Secondary Printer only for the layout that should use the second printer. Leave other layouts assigned to primary unless the event plan says otherwise.

Test each route

Run one print from each layout and confirm it comes from the intended device with the correct media and cut mode. If guests need two copies, set copy limits separately; the secondary-printer feature is not a simultaneous duplicate-print command.
