Back up Fujifilm camera settings before booth setup
Keep a recoverable settings snapshot before changing a borrowed body.
FUJIFILM TETHER APP includes camera-setting backup and restore, including for some bodies that do not support tethered shooting. Use that capability to preserve the starting configuration before changing buttons, exposure, or other preferences for an event.
Check the model first
Open Fujifilm’s TETHER APP compatibility information and confirm the body and computer combination. The app’s tether and backup features do not have identical camera requirements, so verify that the exact function you need is supported. Connect by a supported USB or network method.

Save the baseline
Use the app’s backup function to save the current camera settings to the computer before making booth changes. Give the file a clear body-and-date label and keep it with the setup notes. Do not overwrite the baseline with event-specific changes.

Restore and verify
After the event, use the restore function if the original settings need to be returned. Review the camera’s important menu items on the body and take a test frame; a saved file is useful recovery support, but not proof that every setting applies identically across firmware or models.
