Record which technical sheet you followed
Make your process traceable to an actual document.
A copied time without its source is difficult to verify later.
Save the reference
Record the manufacturer, product and technical-sheet version or date alongside the process parameters. Check that the sheet describes the film, developer, dilution and method you intend to use. A document for a similarly named product is not automatically interchangeable with the bottle on your bench.
Evidence: Technical data sheet
Keep changes visible
When using updated instructions, note the change before processing another roll. Do not silently alter old session records to match the new table. A useful log distinguishes what you actually did from what you would do next time, including any deviation during the session.
