Wat we publiceren
Deze Engelstalige editie behandelt vroege portretmachines, uitvinders en kunstenaars, culturele tradities, soorten photobooths, cameragereedschap, evenementenplanning, printindelingen, conservering, een kleine selectie locaties die door exploitanten zijn vermeld en de acht ontwerpen van Flashroom. Het is geen volledige inventaris van alle machines, mensen of locaties. We geven de voorkeur aan een goed gedocumenteerd verhaal boven een stellige uitvindersclaim.
Hoe het bewijsmateriaal te lezen
Historische en technische uitspraken verwijzen naar museumdocumentatie, archieven, patenten, fabrikantdocumentatie, verslagen van restauratoren of berichten met bronvermelding. De geschiedenis van een bedrijf geeft zijn eigen perspectief weer; een bezoekersverslag is geen landelijke telling. We behouden benaderende datums en afwijkende lezingen. Ons historische artikel legt uit waarom het prototype uit 1925 en de betwiste opening op Broadway in 1925–1926 niet als één gebeurtenis moeten worden behandeld.
Bronnen gecontroleerd op 2 oktober 2026. Praktische poseerreeksen en ontwerpinterpretaties zijn originele redactionele suggesties. Geschiedenis van een locatie garandeert niet dat de locatie nog bestaat, wat de openingstijden zijn of welke prijzen gelden.
Onze acht photoboothstijlen zijn hedendaagse ontwerpen
Disco ’78, Flash ’96, Tokyo ’02, Paris ’64, Berlin Noir, Instant ’98, Pop ’67 en Brighton ’82 zijn de creatieve namen van Flashroom. Jaren en plaatsen suggereren stemmingen. Het zijn geen verzonnen herkomstgegevens, historische machinemodelnummers of beweringen dat onze digitale foto's fysieke zilvergelatine of instantfilm gebruiken.
Afbeeldingen en machtigingen
De filmisch vormgegeven houten winkel, vliegende foto’s en sfeervolle archiefruimte zijn originele, voor Flashroom gegenereerde illustraties. Het zijn geen historische bewijsstukken. De voorbeeldbeelden bij de acht fotohokjes zijn onze eigen illustraties die in de app worden gebruikt; het zijn geen foto’s van echte historische sessies of demonstraties van opnamen van gebruikers.
Documentairebeelden worden hieronder geïdentificeerd. Afbeeldingen van museumkunstwerken met onduidelijke of beperkte hergebruikrechten worden gekoppeld als onderzoeksbronnen in plaats van gereproduceerd. Het lezen van een museumpagina geeft niet automatisch toestemming om de afbeelding ervan te gebruiken.

Gratis lay-outbronnen
De drie inleidende lege SVG-indelingen en de 4.000 ontwerpen in de printkamer zijn originele materialen van Juste Tools. Je mag ze zonder naamsvermelding hergebruiken en aanpassen voor persoonlijke of commerciële ontwerpen. Deze toestemming geldt voor die indelingen, niet voor toegevoegde foto’s of ander materiaal van derden. De afmetingencalculator rekent in je browser en uploadt geen afbeeldingen.
Originele teksten
De artikelen zijn originele samenvattingen en handleidingen. We verwoorden feiten opnieuw en houden de bron vindbaar; we publiceren geen artikelen van andere sites opnieuw en beweren niet dat een andere indeling hun auteursrecht opheft. Afzonderlijke beeldlicenties gelden voor de genoemde afbeeldingen, niet voor de hele website. De mededeling van de Library of Congress dat er geen bekende publicatiebeperkingen zijn, wordt weergegeven als mededeling, niet als een door deze website verleende licentie.
