Our eight booths
Tokyo ’02 — the Flashroom booth
Pastel colour · Sticker party. The story, format and a few ways to make it your own.
Tokyo ’02 is a playful pastel-colour direction with a two-by-two contact sheet as its default. The atmosphere is photo-sticker inspired; the app still captures your own four pictures.

An original Flashroom design. Era and city names are creative references, not claims about a historic machine.
A cultural cue, not a full purikura machine
Print Club began in 1995 according to SEGA’s official history. That context helps explain the photo-sticker reference, but the 2002 in our booth name is a creative label. Tokyo ’02 does not reproduce a specific machine’s retouching system or print adhesive stickers. Our separate purikura article follows the documented history.

Let the grid be playful
A two-by-two arrangement lets the eye compare expressions across the page. Try a calm portrait, a small hand gesture, an exaggerated face and a quiet finish. Keep gestures below the eyes so the people remain visible. These are suggestions you can use or ignore; a pastel look does not require any particular style of posing.
Know what the output is
Flashroom produces a digital composition you can save and share. If you want physical stickers, a separate printer or print service determines the adhesive material, size and finish. Preview the complete layout before ordering. Our sample artwork is a visual example for the booth, not documentation of a historic Japanese print.
