Make a reunion photobooth strip
Keep names and the occasion beside the playful sequence.
A reunion picture may become difficult to identify years later, especially when the group contains people who see one another infrequently. Plan the small record of the occasion at the same time as the portrait.
Begin with a readable group
Our first frame gives everyone a clear camera-facing place. Follow with a look toward one another, one shared gesture and a final quiet portrait. Rehearse the positions before adding movement so a familiar face does not disappear behind someone else in all four frames.
Make a separate name key
Write the date, occasion and names on a companion card or in the digital catalogue. Use the order people occupy in the first frame, and note any person who changes places. Ask someone in the group to check spellings instead of relying on a future recognition exercise.
Keep a copy each person can understand
Share a strip with its checked caption and agree before wider publication. Flashroom provides the four-photo session; the family record is a separate step. Keep the original uncaptioned version as well so names can be corrected without editing across the faces.
