Make & keep
Add a portrait strip to a calendar page
Keep the dates usable and the photograph readable.
A personal calendar can carry a portrait without burying the information people need every day.
Plan two clear areas
Place the strip beside the calendar grid rather than behind small date numbers. Check the actual calendar year and week-start preference. Use a copy of the portrait and keep its proportions intact. Make a plain-paper proof to test readability from the distance where the calendar will hang.
Separate the reusable files
Keep a strip-only master and the dated calendar layout. Confirm public or private use with the people pictured before distributing copies. If a date correction is needed, update the calendar file without repeatedly editing the photograph, and clearly identify the corrected edition.
