The venue lights change during the party
Recheck the booth after the room changes mood.
A setup tested in daylight may look different once the party lighting begins.
Plan a second test
Ask the venue when lights will dim or coloured lighting will change. Make a sample portrait under the expected evening conditions before guests arrive if possible. Keep the booth’s own approved light arrangement stable and follow venue rules. Do not judge face detail from the bright daytime sample alone.
Adjust one setting at a time
After a lighting change, check a new sample for exposure, colour and readability. Compare it with the approved result and change only what the setup allows safely. Keep the queue informed if a brief pause is needed. Save the new test separately from guest portraits.
