Change one creative element instead of the entire setup.
A second session can tell a new story without reconfiguring the booth.
Choose a different idea
Ask the group whether they want a calmer portrait, a single prop or a sequence of changing eyelines. Keep the framing and lighting that already work. A short suggestion is enough; guests should not have to perform a complicated routine while the queue grows.
Keep both versions distinct
Show the new strip and let the group choose which to keep where the workflow permits. Label exports consistently so a later request finds the right session. Do not delete the earlier portrait simply because the new one looks more polished to the helper.
