Keep projected slides from cutting across guest faces
Position a portrait area so presentation content and booth images do not collide.
A booth near a projector can produce bright moving shapes across faces and backdrops. Before the programme begins, mark a portrait zone outside the projector beam and verify it during an actual slide change.
Map the beam
Turn on the projector and identify its full image area, including overscan on the wall. Place the portrait background beyond that area and keep guests from standing between the projector and screen.
Check changing content
Ask the presenter to advance through bright and dark slides while you take a test. Look for colour shifts, stripes and text behind the head. If the image reaches the portrait, move the station or rotate it so the beam cannot cross the frame.
Recheck the schedule
Repeat the check if the screen or projector is moved. Tell the helper which wall is reserved for portraits and keep cables outside the guest path. The setup passes when several slide changes leave the face and backdrop consistent. A single dark slide is not a sufficient test.
